PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure indoor comfortableness by appropriately controlling the capability of a humidity controller. SOLUTION: The humidity controller 10 comprises adsorptive elements 81 and 82, a sensible heat exchanger 61, a hot water-water heat exchanger 11, and a humidifying cooler 13. The humidity controller 10 dehumidifies first air by alternately using the two adsorptive elements 81 and 82. The dehumidified first air is cooled with third air cooled by the humidifying cooler 13 and then supplied into a room. To the adsorptive element 81, 82 to which the first air is not introduced, second air heated by the hot water-water heat exchanger 11 to regenerate the adsorptive element 81, 82 concerned. A controller 90 adjusts the quantity of hot water supplied to the heat exchanger 11, and adjusts the temperature of the second air supplied to the adsorptive element 81, 82. Consequently, the moisture amount left in the adsorptive element 81, 82 is changed to change the dehumidifying quantity of the first air in the adsorptive element 81, 82.
