PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method of waste preventing evaporation of organic chlorine compounds in a wet mill crushing waste containing organic chlorine compounds, pumping slurry after wet-crushing to a cement production facility for thermal decomposing organic chlorine compounds. SOLUTION: A solvent is added to sludge containing organic chlorine compounds, sludge is charged and crushed in a wet mill 13A, while regulating a charge amount of sludge to keep the mill outlet temperature below the boiling point of the solvent. Obtained slurry is directly charged into a high temperature part of 800°C or more in the cement production facility 10 for thermally decomposing organic chlorine compounds.
