PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin sheet reduced in warpage after molding even in a case relatively large in wall thickness, capable of being formed into a desired cross-sectional shape and especially suitable for use in the light guide plate arranged to the back of a display device of every kind or an optical element of every kind. SOLUTION: The sheetlike resin material 14 extruded from a die 12 is held under pressure between a mold roller 16 rotated at a peripheral speed V1 and the nip roller 18 arranged in opposed relation to the mold roller to transfer the surface uneven shape of the mold roller to the resin material and the resin material after transfer is wound around the peel roller 24 arranged in opposed relation to the mold roller to be peeled from the mold roller while the peeled resin sheet is fed while held under pressure on the downstream side of the peel roller by a first draw roller 32 rotated at a peripheral speed V2, which is 102-107% of the peripheral speed V1, and the second draw roller 34 arranged in opposed relation to the first draw roller.
