PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary contact unit of an electromagnetic contactor capable of retaining a cover equipped with a protruding part instead of a pressure spring, and of minimizing weakening of a mounting force of the auxiliary contact unit caused by a lasting open and close action and the elapse of a long time. SOLUTION: The auxiliary contact unit mounted on the electromagnetic contactor is provided in which a cover coupled with the lower part ring is installed at the interior of the lower part frame of the auxiliary contact unit so as to retain the upper part structure, and in which the lower face of the cover is retained by a protruding part.
