PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio LAN system 10 in which a more convenient power saving operation can be achieved and the power save operation can be surely performed. SOLUTION: Radio LAN terminals 20 possessed by a radio LAN system 10 includes: a radio LAN terminal 202 storing wake-up intervals during power saving operation based on radio LAN standards in association with the period of time to apply the relevant wake-up intervals; a radio LAN terminal 204 extracting and outputting wake-up intervals corresponding to the present date/time from the radio LAN terminal 202; a radio LAN terminal 207 determining whether or not the power saving operation can be performed; and a radio LAN terminal 205 causing the radio LAN terminal 204 to output the wake-up intervals corresponding to the present date/time when the power saving operation can be performed, and performing the power saving operation at the output wake-up intervals.
