A TYPE OF NEW PYRIMIDINE DERIVATIVES HAVING SMALL MOLECULE, PREPARATION METHODS AND USES THEREOF

The present application discloses a type of pyrimidine derivatives having small molecule, preparation methods and uses thereof. The present pyrimidine derivatives are described as formula (I). The present application uses chromones as the original material. The chromones are halogenated to be one of the component of polycomponenet reaction. The halogenations are coupled with various aryl- or heteroaryl boronic acids, or thioaza-heterocyclic compounds, then condensed with amidines to obtain the present compounds. These compounds have antivirus or antitumor activities. After optimizing or screening from these compounds, we can obtain new drugs which can be used to prevent virus or tumor.
