PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing method which enables the weighing of a liquid body discharged through discharge heads by properly arranging carriages mounting a plurality of discharge heads in a weighing region, and to provide a method for discharging the liquid body. SOLUTION: This weighing method is provided with a first arranging process arranging at least two of a plurality of carriages arranged in a drawing area in a weighing area, a first weighing process in which the liquid body is discharged as liquid drops through the respective heads mounted on at least two carriages and the liquid body discharged through the respective heads is weighed, a second arranging process in which the carriage that has finished in weighing out of the two carriages is discharged and the remaining carriage and at least one new carriage are rearranged in the weighing area, and a second weighing process in which the liquid body is discharged as liquid drops through the respective discharge heads mounted on at least the two rearranged carriages and the liquid body discharged through the respective heads is weighed.
