PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-insulating structural skeleton which prevents a resonance phenomenon of a hollow slab, the vibration of an edge floor joist, and a bypass propagating sound from being caused by vibrational energy of a high-frequency-range air propagation sound as a woman's voice, a child's voice and the like, and which enhances sound insulation performance by installing a sub-floor material for absorbing the vibrational energy. SOLUTION: In this sound-insulating structural skeleton 1, the sub-floor material 5 made of foamed resin is continuously installed on the top surface of the hollow slab 4 of a reinforced concrete structure; a finishing plate 26 is laid on the top surface of the sub-floor material 5; and a lightweight embedded material 3, in which a plurality of split pieces 19 are connected together by means of a connecting material 20, is embedded in the hollow slab 4 so as to form a flat linear through-hole 18 penetrating upward and downward.
