PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor achieved in high torque and high efficiency by enlarging a magnetic field flux amount caused by torque generated in the same size as that of a permanent magnet type synchronous motor. SOLUTION: The high torque and the high efficiency are achieved by increasing the magnetic field flux by adding magnetic flux generated by auxiliary permanent magnets 23 to magnetic flux generated by a main permanent magnet 21 by arranging the main permanent magnet 21 and the auxiliary permanent magnets 23 of pole numbers or the integration multiplication of the pole numbers in a rotor core so that a magnetic pole in the rotor core 22 complements magnetic flux in the rotor core.
