PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio data of high sound quality while suppressing a communication load, and also to provide the technology for easily attaining minus-one performance which is desired by a user. SOLUTION: A distribution device of a karaoke music piece allocates a plurality of performance data (input signals S1 to S6) included in a music piece designated by a singer into a plurality of channels, and outputs them. In this case, a part which is muted (minus-one) by the singer is allocated to allocation signals D1 and D2, and a part which is not muted is allocated to the allocation signals D3 to D6, and output. As a result, a karaoke terminal which receives the allocation signals D1 to D6 plays karaoke accompaniment music from which minus-one of a desired part is performed, by reproducing the allocation signals D3 to D6.
