SERVICE RECORD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service record management system capable of managing man-hour record data in units of in-charge modules.

SOLUTION: A man-hour result database 123 of a service management server 10 stores basic information including in-charge module information or the like indicating roles which employees take charge of in an organization. A service-man-hour input receiving section 111 receives data on the service record of employees and data on the man-hour record of the employees from a terminal through a network, stores in a service record database 122 service record data based on data regarding the received service record, and stores in the man-hour record database 123 man-hour record data with the in-charge module information or the like of the employees added to the data on the received man-hour record.
