摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor manufacturing method by which shave dust resulting from friction is prevented in the process of attaching both ends of a non-magnetic body bridge to a pair of dovetail grooves.SOLUTION: In order to prevent magnetic flux leakage from a permanent magnet, the invention includes: a leakage prevention hole 15 formed in a rotor core 2; an outer-peripheral dovetail groove 20 formed in the outer-peripheral internal wall of the leakage prevention hole 15; an inner-peripheral-side dovetail groove 21 formed in the inner-peripheral internal wall of the leakage prevention hole 15 and opposite the outer-peripheral dovetail groove 20; and a non-magnetic bridge 6 whose both ends 61, 62 are engaged with the outer-peripheral dovetail groove 20 and the inner-peripheral dovetail groove 21. External force (pressing force F) is applied to elastically deform the outer-peripheral internal wall such that the outer-peripheral internal wall come into contact with the inner-peripheral side internal wall. While the outer-peripheral internal wall is elastically deformed, the non-magnetic bridge 6 is inserted into the outer-peripheral dovetail groove 20 and the inner-peripheral dovetail groove 21.
