According to the present invention, provided is a tourniquet comprising: an inner inflating and deflating part having a gas injection and discharge part for enabling the injection and discharge of gas, such that the inner inflating and deflating part is inflated or deflated according to the injection and discharge of the gas; and an outer accommodation part having a cut line on one surface thereof in the longitudinal direction thereof so as to have an accommodation space into which the inner inflating and deflating part can be inserted. |
