PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt resin composition that has an excellent adhesiveness to a metal base such as aluminum.SOLUTION: The present invention provides the moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt resin composition containing an urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polymer (A-1) comprising 2 or more thiol groups, a polyol (A-2), and a polyisocyanate (B). Also, the present invention provides an adhesive obtained by moisture-curing the moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt resin composition. Further, the present invention provides a laminate including a metal base and an adhesive layer made of the adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: None
