PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage producing apparatus that can properly and easily measure a liquid amount to be supplied to a beverage preparation part, whether or not a container is installed in a housing, even in a structure in which a container for retaining liquid is attachable/detachable.SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: supply piping (10) by which liquid (L) retained in a container (3) is supplied to a beverage preparation part; a heater (12) by which the liquid (L) passing inside the supply piping (10) is heated to boil and supplied to the beverage preparation part by using steam pressure; and a milk formula maker body (2) which houses the foregoing. The container (3) is made attachable to and detachable from the milk formula maker body (2) and is marked with a container scale (3b). The milk formula maker body (2) is marked with a body scale (2a) for measuring a liquid amount when the container (3) is attached to the milk formula maker body (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
