PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide sheath allowing an operator to directly observe a paranasal sinus, an insertion aid, and an endoscope system.SOLUTION: A guide sheath 33 includes: a body part 331 having a tubular shape and including an inner channel formed thereon, for movably storing an endoscope; and a distal end 331g that is provided at a distal side of the body part 331, communicated to the inner channel 331a, has a distal-side opening 331f for projecting a distal end of the endoscope to the outside, and is formed of an elastic member being deformable by contact with the endoscope, where the distal-side opening 331f is smaller than the outside diameter of the distal end of the endoscope.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
