PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird damage prevention device which prevents birds from nesting in an electric pole, so that no short circuit accident occurs which is caused by short circuit through a bird nest.SOLUTION: The bird damage prevention device 100 includes: an insulating wire material 13; and a pair of supporting rods 11, 12 which support the wire material 13 so that, on the upper side of a bracket 22 of an electric pole 21, the wire material 13 can be installed along the longitudinal direction of the bracket 22. The pair of supporting rods are erected upward from both ends of the bracket along the longitudinal direction of the electric pole, and are provided with a groove for the purpose of installing the wire material with a prescribed tension relative to the pair of supporting rods.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
