PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scribe device which can stabilize a formation position of a scribe line and prevent occurrence of shifting thereof from a desired position in order to solve the problem such that the formation position of the scribe line is shifted due to movement of a scribe line wheel in a pin shaft direction.SOLUTION: A scribe device 1 is so configured that by changing thicknesses of a holding part 62a and a holding part 62b, a holding position H of a scribe line wheel 40 in a front view is out of a shaft center S of a rotary shaft 23. Thus, when formation of a scribe line is started, the scribe line wheel and a pin shaft 50 are inclined by a reaction force receiving from a brittle material substrate 15, a side face 42a side is so moved as to approach a holding wall 65a, and a clearance between the side face 42a and the holding wall 65a becomes zero.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
