PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food dough conveying device that can convey and deliver high-quality food dough upwardly without requiring a large installation space.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a dough feeding hopper 31 for feeding dough to be conveyed; a horizontal covey path 32 for horizontally conveying the dough fed into the dough feeding hopper 31 by a rotation of a first screw 33; and a sloped convey path 41 having an outlet 43 at upper side thereof for discharging the dough to be conveyed and an inlet 44 at a lower side thereof for feeding the dough conveyed by the horizontal convey path 32, and feeding the dough discharged from an outlet of the horizontal convey path 32 into the inlet 44 and then upward-obliquely conveying the dough to the outlet 43 by a rotation of a second screw 42. The dough fed into the dough feeding hopper 31 is conveyed from the outlet 43 into the dough feeding hopper 51 of a food forming device 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
