PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of gas sump in a cavity, when a plastic product is molded using an injection molding die.SOLUTION: A molding die device comprises a first member 210 and a second member 220. The first member 210 is attached in a movable state to a hole 101a of a stationary die 101 (or movable die), and a tip end 211 of the first member is arranged to project freely, into a cavity 103. The second member 220 is arranged in a stationary state to inside of the first member 210, and when the tip end 211 of the first member 210 projects into the cavity 103, a gap x is formed between the second member and the first member 210, and when the tip end 211 of the first member 210 is at a regulated position in the cavity 103, the gap x is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
