PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of cooking an object deliciously without soiling an interior of a cooking chamber.SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a housing including an opening 13a on a front face of a body; a door 20 opening/closing the opening 13a of the housing; a grill pan 60 taken in/out with respect to the housing by sliding the door 20 in a front/rear direction; a grill pan stay 50 being a support member for supporting the grill pan 60; heating means arranged in the housing and heating the grill pan 60; a rear temperature sensor 100 arranged on a back plate 11c of the housing facing a rear side face of the grill pan 60 and detecting a temperature in the housing; and a control unit adjusting a heating time for heating by the heating means according to a detection temperature of the rear temperature sensor 100. The control unit performs cooking by determining an amount of a heating object placed in the grill pan 60 according to a variation amount of the detection temperature of the rear temperature sensor 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
