Disclosed are a vacuum heat insulation material having an improved structure so as to enhance heat insulation performance, and a refrigerator comprising the same. The refrigerator comprises a vacuum heat insulation material, and the vacuum heat insulation material comprises: a core material; an outer cover material disposed on the outside of the core material so as to form therein an accommodation space in which the core material is accommodated; and a first adsorbent which is disposed in the accommodation space so as to be activated at a temperature higher than room temperature and eliminate at least one of gas and moisture existing in the accommodation space.
