PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens that offers good optical performance from the wide-angle end to the telephoto end and enables further reduction in size.SOLUTION: A zoom lens comprises, in order from the object side, a positive first lens group G1, a negative second lens group G2, an aperture stop SP, and a rear lens group RG having positive refractive power and comprising a plurality of lens groups G3-G6, and is configured to change air gap distances between the lens groups G1-G6 for zooming in and out. The lens group G6 located on the most image plane side is configured to move in an optical axis direction while zooming from the wide-angle end to the telephoto end, and comprises two biconvex positive lenses L13, L14, a biconcave negative lens L15, a negative lens L16 having a convex surface on the image plane side, and a positive lens L17 having a convex surface on the image plane side. One of the lenses L13-L17 constituting the lens group G6 located on the most image plane side has an aspherical surface on at least one side thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
