Cleaning and/or disinfecting agent comprises at least one peroxide, at least one acylating agent for the release of peroxide from peracetic acid in aqueous solution, at least one nonionic surfactant, and an agent for adjusting a pH to 7.5-9, where the cleaning and/or disinfecting agent is formulated as granules and the peroxide and/or acylating agent is coated with the non-ionic surfactant.
