Disclosed is a composition for production of chocolate, which contains ground cocoa, cocoa butter, lecithin, sugar powder, functional filler, and additionally contains stevioside as a sweetener, CO-extraction cake of coffee, taken in ratio with ground cocoa of 1:3, functional filler is a mixture of pumpkin seed powder and cloves in ratio 20:1 at following ratio of components in mixture, wt%: ground cocoa 24-30; cocoa butter 15-18; mixture of powdered pumpkin seeds and cloves 18-20; lecithin 0.35-0.4; CO-extraction cake of coffee 8-10; sugar powder 25-31.1; stevioside 0.03-0.05.
