An account information acquisition method, terminal, server and system. The method comprises the steps of: receiving an account information acquisition instruction, to acquire biological information about a target user (S110); extracting biological feature data from the biological information, and sending the biological feature data to a server (S120); and receiving account information which is sent by the server and is associated with at least one item of sample biological feature data matching the biological feature data, and displaying the account information (S130). By recognizing biological information about a target user, account information associated with the biological information is obtained without inputting a complex account number and without carrying a terminal by the target user, and by associating the biological information with the account information, an application is enabled to search for the account information more directly, conveniently and quickly. |
