Disclosed are a method and device for emergency dialling, a mobile terminal and a base station. The method comprises: receiving a system message issued by a base station in a broadcasting manner, wherein a community alarm number covered by a cell signal managed by the base station is carried in the system message (S102); extracting the community alarm number in the system message and adding the community alarm number to an emergency telephone list (S104); and in the case of being triggered to enter a screen-locking interface where an emergency telephone can be made, reading the alarm number in the emergency telephone list for dialling (S106). |
