ROLLER TYPE SOLAR CELL SINTERING AND IRRADIATION ANNEALING INTEGRATED CONTINUOUS FURNACE

A roller type solar cell sintering and irradiation annealing integrated continuous furnace, which can be used for sintering and irradiation annealing treatment of solar cells and consists of a feeding area (1), a sintering area (2), a sintering-cooling area (3), an irradiation annealing area (5), an annealing-cooling area (6) and a discharging area (7). Cell pieces (8) are transmitted on a group of horizontally arranged rollers (9) and sequentially pass through all the above-mentioned areas, such that sintering and irradiation annealing processes of the solar cells are completed at a time. The problem about the large-scale production of the irradiation annealing technology and the problem of attenuation of a solar cell in a using process are fundamentally solved.
