PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of discharging flushing wastewater to the outside of a site after dilution treatment.SOLUTION: A system is used where, after sequential treatment of flushing wastewater from a piping system of a facility laid with galvanized steel pipes, in a coagulation tank 21 and a flocculation tank 31, flocculates are settled to be separated and removed in a settling tank 41 and supernatant water is discharged from a discharge pipe 45 as treated water. The system is connected to the piping system, and after the flushing wastewater is treated in the system, the flushing wastewater is returned again to the piping system.
