摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which can be acquired at an ordinary household and can be easily operated, because when extracting coffee in a state in which chaff is adhered to roasted coffee beans, off-flavor occurs and flavor may be deteriorated, and therefore it is necessary to remove the chaff from beans.SOLUTION: Coffee beans which have been roasted are put into a net 3 in a container 1, then the coffee beans are stirred by a wooden spatula or the like, and then only chaff can be sucked out from a pipe 2 connected to an activated cleaner. Since sucking of the chaff and stirring of the coffee beans are performed simultaneously, all beans can be cooled in a uniform state. When a lid 4 having small holes is attached, an air volume entering from holes of the lid is smaller than an air volume sucked by the cleaner, so that inside of the container becomes a negative pressure state, and the lid and container come into close contact with each other. In the state, when the container is lifted up by both hands and shaken vertically, the beans temporarily exists in the air, and adhesion degree between beans is reduced, so that suction of the chaff and cooling can be performed simultaneously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
