PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater type rice cooker that prevents a depression in a surface of rice after completion of cooking from increasing because air bubbles generated during the rice cooking are concentrated on a central part of an inner pot.SOLUTION: An inner pot 2 housed inside is heated by a heater 6. An inner bottom surface of the inner pot 2 has a cross-sectional shape in which a boundary line 14 for generating air bubbles during rice cooking is formed midway through an area ranging from an outer peripheral side to the center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
