<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking instruction system for enabling an instructor to instruct cooking while checking the cooking states of a cooking person who are performing cooking in a remote kitchen through an open computer network such as the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: Out of a sink section, a counter section and a cooking board section in a system kitchen in which the cooking person performs cooking, the section in which the cooking person being performing cooking is specified, photographed images of the specified cooking section are transmitted to an instructor's terminal 11 installed in a system kitchen 1' for the instructor existing in a remote place, the photographed images are displayed in a display part of the instructor's terminal 11, so that the instructor can check the cooking states of the cooking person existing in the remote place and instructor's voice is outputted from a speaker of a cooking person's terminal 10 to instruct the cooking person in the cooking by voice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
