PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing process management system with which a load on an upper device can be reduced for the manufacturing process management system in which portable type recording medium memorizing product codes installed at a terminal unit in each process for receiving work instruction data from the upper device by codes. CONSTITUTION:When a portable type recording medium 7 having a memory zone added to a product 2 processed in a manufacturing line 1 in which a product code is memorized preliminarily and a memory zone for work instruction data for all the processes 10 for the product 2 is inserted into a first terminal unit 6 in a first process, a writing and reading means 8 transmits the code to a reading upper device 3, reads work instruction data for all the processes 10 applicable fore the product 2 in a memorizing means 4, sents them to the first terminal unit 6, writes them in the recording medium 7, and displays the work instruction data for the first process in a display means 11. When the recording medium 7 is inserted into a second terminal unit 60 for the next process and on, the work instruction data for the current process 10 are read by a reading means 80, and displays them in a display means 11. |
