PURPOSE:To provide an economical automatic high speed cutting device with a high working rate for a long barlike stock which cuts a long stock efficiently to a prescribed length and sorts products and remainders automatically from a work. CONSTITUTION:This device consists of a slide cylinder 4 moving a long tube stock 2 through a chuck 5 in the shaft center direction and a movable positioning table 8 which can chuck the tip of the tube stock 2, can move it in the direction of the shaft center and is rotatable around the shaft center, provides feeding lines for 1st and 2nd tube stocks arranged side by side, a laser beam cutting machine 13 mounted between the slide cylinder 4 and a positioning table 8 and for cutting the tube stock 2 and an automatic sorting plate 14 provided under the cutting machine 13, for sorting a cut work 20 and the remainder 21 and for guiding them to separate carrying shoots 16, 18 respectively and when cutting is carried out in the 1st line, the to position the tube stock 2 to the cutting position is carried out alternately in the 2nd line at the same time. |
