PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by increasing the redundant data for error detection. CONSTITUTION:The graphic display device which performs graphic processing of data based on data stored in a RAM and is provided with a RAM error detection part which detects error data from stored data is provided with a picture address storage means, where address information of picture data out of data stored in a RAM 3 is stored, and a graphic stop means 1. This means 1 compares address information of error data and address information of picture data stored in the picture address storage means with each other at the time of detecting the error data by the RAM error detection part 11; and only when error data is judged to be non-picture data by the non-coincidence between them, the graphic stop means 1 stops the graphic processing. |
