<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an adsorbent or a filler capable of efficiently passing liquid or gas smoothly, and to provide a method for manufacturing such an adsorbent or a filler. CONSTITUTION:This adsorbent or filler consists of at least a porous body 1 made of titanium or a titanium alloy, an oxide layer 2 containing Ca and P provided on the surface of the porous body, and an apatite hydroxide whisker 3 which is formed by depositing it on the surface of the oxide layer 2.</p> |
