PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hard-to-deteriorate paper having high deodorizing ability. SOLUTION: This titanium dioxide-contg. paper is obtained by conducting a papermaking process of a mixture of (T) ultrafine titanium dioxide <=100nm in particle diameter determined by X-ray spectrometry or (T') modified ultrafine titanium dioxide prepared by modifying the surface of the titanium dioxide T with e.g. zinc oxide, (F) an inorganic loading material for bearing the (modified) titanium dioxide selected from sepiolite, silica gel, bentonite, zeolite, magnesium sulfate, asbestos and activated carbon, and (P) an organic fibrous material having papermaking capacity such as pulp. The second objective corrugated board is obtained by using the titanium dioxide-contg. paper as central core and/or liner. The third objective deodorizing element is obtained by laminating the corrugated boards in layers. |
