摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and to improve assembling workability, weight reduction and productivity by integrating a camshaft and a cam lever. SOLUTION: A camshaft 19 and a cam lever 20 are formed by a lightweight pipe. A pipe is used as the cam shaft 19 as it is. The end of a pipe projecting from a bearing hole 12 to a side of an operating part 5a is vertically split into large and small arc parts and the large arc part is cut off and the remaining small arc part is used as the cam lever 20 and a cam groove 19a is recessed in at the position opposite to a communicating hole 11 of the camshaft 19. The small arc part is straightened to make a plate-like cam lever 20 and a recessed part 19b is formed at the outer surface of the camshaft 19 and the cam lever 20 is bent into a right angle at the rotating base part to fit it in the recessed part 19b. The camshaft 19 and the cam lever 20 are lightweight and integrated by using a pipe. Moreover, the recessing and the cutting- away of the cam groove 19a and the recessed part 19b and the straightening and bending of the cam lever 20 are simply performed by one shot work of a press machine or a punching machine.</p>
