PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the discovery of a forged prepaid card by discriminating the forged prepaid card by providing a contact rate detector equipped with a detection circuit for detecting the change of contact rate corresponding to a signal from a contact head in contact with the surface of prepaid card to be moved. SOLUTION: A forged prepaid card 1 to be moved brings, the contact head into contact with the surface of forged prepaid card 1 by means of a card feeding mechanism 61, and the change in contact degree in ruggedness corresponding to the signal from that contact head is introduced to a contact rate detector 7. When an abnormality is detected by passing the respective detection parts of magnetic permeability detection part 71, dielectric constant detection part 72, optical punch position shape detection part 73 and ultrasonic punch position shape detection part 74 at the contact rate detector 7 through the forged prepaid card 1, that abnormality is inputted through an abnormality detection logic circuit 81 to an abnormality processing circuit 82 and displayed on a display part 4, the next step of a CPU 3 is inhibited, and the forged prepaid card 1 is ejected by an ejecting mechanism 9. |
