FIELD: abrasive industry. SUBSTANCE: preliminarily rolled plate before blanks are cut from it, is sized within the dimensions of the blank to be cut with residual relative deformation equal to 0.5 to 50%. Cutting-out and sizing are accomplished in the same die. The die has cutting members secured on a mandrel and made in the form of rings built in one another, ejector of cut blank spring-loaded by flexible members and mounted between the mentioned cutting members, and a spring-loaded cutting-out ejector mounted inside the smaller ring. The ejector of cut blank is mounted with a projection relative to edges of cutting members, whose value corresponds to the sizing working stroke, and stiffness of its flexible members exceeds that of flexible members of the cutting-out ejector.
