FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has cylindrical meat farce hopper, which may be readily detached by means of eccentric clamps. Meat farce feeding mechanism is made in the form of rack cooperating with piston creating excessive pressure in cylindrical hopper. Rack is driven by rack indexing mechanism with manual and automatic feeding gears, with rack movement pitch being regulated. Chain transmissions are adapted for transmission of rotation to farce feeding mechanism.
