PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cured material having high flame-retardancy and excellent high-temperature reliability even without adding a bromine compound and an antimony compound. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) an epoxy resin having >=185 epoxy equivalent, a skeleton having one or more structures, in which two benzene rings can be conjugated mutually directly or through an aliphatic unsaturated double bond, in the molecular structure and in which >=50% the number of carbons are carbon having an atomic orbital of SP<2> type (B) a phenol resin which has >=160 hydroxyl equivalent and in which >=85% of the number of carbons are carbon having an atomic orbital of SP<2> type, (C) a phenol resin containing a triazine ring and 5-20 wt.% of nitrogen content and (D) >=70 vol.% based on the whole composition of an inorganic filler and substantially contains neither a bromine compound nor an antimony compound. |
