PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge an application range of a mobile station, by measuring and managing a position of the mobile station at a fixed station from positioning intermediate data formed by the mobile station, navigation messages from satellites and positioning correction data from the outside. SOLUTION: A mobile station 20 can be loaded on a mobile body of a large range. A GPS receiver 21 receives and decodes navigation messages from satellites and calculates a distance to each satellite and a time change rate as a pseudo range and a time change rate of the pseudo range from a difference of a transmission time of the reception satellite and a reception time of the GPS receiver 21. The calculated values are transmitted as positioning intermediate data to a fixed station 10 from a transmitter 22. A GPS receiver 11 of the fixed station 10 receives navigation messages from satellites, and a receiver 12 receives the positioning intermediate data from the transmitter 22. A receiver 13 receives DGPS positioning correction data, and a data processor 14 calculates and manages a corrected accurate position of the mobile station 20 from data received by each receiver. |
