PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow every user who inputs an operation instruction to grasp the operation state of a device by receiving device state information when a routine operation ends and sending a voice message notifying the effect to a voice terminal. SOLUTION: When abnormality such as document jam, recording paper shortage and toner shortage is detected and an operation is stopped, an extension number that is temporarily stored in a RAM together with the abnormal stop factor are sent to a communication device 10. On the other hand, when copy ends without detecting abnormality in the process of a copy operation, the extension number is sent to the device 10 as soon as a routine operation ends. After the device 10 reads a voice message of the ROM which is associated with the abnormal stop factor and performs voice synchronization of the voice message so that it can be performed extension communication to a PHS terminal 20, the terminal 20 of the extension number which receives the voice message together with the abnormal stop factor is called out to be sent and abnormality occurrence information is notified. |
