PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio selective calling receiver that makes the user clearly recognize that there has been no call that ought to have been made so as to improve the convenience. SOLUTION: A receiver is provided with a periodic contact memory 52 that stores a registration time and an incoming call flag corresponding to a registration message denoting a person conducting a routine contact, and in the case that a registration message is received by a control section 4, the incoming call flag corresponding to the registration message in the routine contact memory 52 is set to '1' and in the case that a current time is coincident with the registration time, the incoming call flag of the registration message corresponding to the registration time is checked and when the incoming call flag is set to '0', a warning tone and a warning message are outputted. |
