<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent or suppress the entry of deposited dust into a reciprocating motion part for a long period by using a resin fiber bunched assembly and a plurality of resin fibers for entangling the deposited dust which exists on the surface or its vicinity of the lubricating film of liquid lubricant formed on the sliding face of the reciprocating motion part of hydraulic or hydrostatic equipment and is deposited on the sliding face. <P>SOLUTION: A wiper ring member 1 consists of the resin fiber bunched assembly which has a number of bunches 7 of superfine resin fibers 6 continuously formed in a meshed shape and a vulcanized bond reinforcing part 8 formed of a vulcanized rubber elastic material for partially bonding the number of bunches 7, and it has a non-woven cloth structure with spaces 9 in which liquid lubricant is held to pass therethrough and from which the held liquid lubricant is supplied to the sliding face 2a with a capillary phenomenon.
