<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of independently controlling the temp. of an upper die and a lower die in order to enable transfer with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The device for forming a heated optical blank 9 by a pair of molding dies 1, 2 has a pair of heating means 3, 4 for heating the respective a pair of forming dies 1, 2 and a thermal insulating means 5 which is disposed at least either of between a pair of the molding dies 1, 2 or between a pair of the heating means 3, 4. Since the thermal insulating means 5 insulates the heat transmission between the molding dies 1, 2, the independent heating of the forming dies 1, 2 is possible and the high-accuracy temp. control is made possible.</p> |
