LUBRICATING OIL FOR REFRIGERANT COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of corrosion of a metal constituting a compressor even when lubricating oil in the compressor is brought out together with a refrigerant under conditions such as being left not used for a long-term, in a lubricating oil for refrigerant compressor in which R12-series chlorofluorocarbon gas or R134a-series fluorocarbon gas is used as the refrigerant. SOLUTION: This lubricating oil for compressor is applied to a cooler cycle system in which R12(CCl2 F2 ) chlorofluorocarbon gas or R134a(CH2 FCF3 ) fluorocarbon gas is used and has a component in which a rust preventing agent OP is added to a base oil OB and a substance having property exhibiting high electric absorption property to metals compared with that of the base oil OB (e.g. a higher fatty acid such as stearic acid or oleic acid) is selected as the rust preventing agent OP.
