<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a TSC-22 inductive agent useful as a therapeutic and preventive agent for osteogenesis imperfecta such as osteoporosis and the like, endocrine disease, cardiac disease and renal disease by including a specific carbostyril derivative or the like as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This agent is obtained by including at least one kind of compound selected from a carbostyril derivative e.g. 6-[4-(3, 4-dimethoxybenzoyl)-1- piperazinyl]-3,-4dihydrocarbostyril}of the formula (R is benzoyl bearing a lower alkoxyl as a substituted group on the phenyl ring) and its salt as active ingredients. The amount of the derivative of the formula of its salt containing in this inductive agent is preferably 1-30 wt.% in the whole composition. It is preferable that the derivative of the formula or its salt is administrated at a daily dosage of 0.5-30 mg per 1 kg of the kg of the body weight and the active ingredient is included in an amount of 10-1000 mg in the administration unit form.</p> |
