<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the forgery, alteration preventive effect by a copying machine without an overprinting for camouflage by a method wherein the length of the shorter edge of a micro-pattern at a region where a latent image is applied, is made half, and also, image line areas of a micro-pattern group at the region where the latent image is not applied, and a micro-pattern group at the region where the latent image is applied are made equal. SOLUTION: Among image lines to form microcharacters, the image lines at a region where a latent image is not applied are constituted of a micro-pattern wherein characters are resolved by copying machines and image lines at a region where the latent image is applied, are constituted of a micro-pattern wherein characters are hard to resolve by copying machines. In addition, for the characters of the region where the latent image is not applied, and the characters of the region where the latent image is applied, the image line area ratio of the character string of the region where the latent image is not applied, and the image line area ratio of the character string of the region where the latent image is applied are made equal, and a copy-preventive pattern is formed. When a printed matter having such an image line constitution is copied by a copying machine, due to the resolution force of the copying machine, the characters of the region where the latent image is applied are not reproduced or are defectively reproduced, based on the characters of the region where the latent image is not applied, and the latent image appears.</p> |
